A Bit About Me
I’ve always been passionate about finding that sweet spot where technology, leadership, and growth intersect. Throughout my journey, I’ve focused on thoughtful innovation, dreaming up big ideas but knowing that the real challenge lies in turning them into action. It’s a constant learning curve—sometimes exhilarating, sometimes exhausting—but that’s exactly what keeps me going.
For me, lifelong learning and personal growth are more than just concepts—they fuel everything I do. Whether I’m building a business, leading a team, or reflecting on the twists and turns of life, I’ve learned that growth happens when you embrace both the wins and the setbacks. It’s not just about what you build but how you evolve through the process.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me at the symphony hall, soaking in the beauty of an orchestra. It’s one of the places where I truly feel grounded. I also love to cook, though only when I’m in the mood, and my husband and I love traveling, often seeking out off-grid destinations. Crossing Mount Nemrut off my bucket list was a major highlight, and I think Iran is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Oh, and when life gets hectic? A good meme of a cat or dog, paired with an afternoon coffee, is my perfect remedy.

At Lunash, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to co-found and lead a company that leverages AI to transform debt collection. Our goal is to improve the process at every stage—from pre-delinquency to recovery—by offering personalized insights for each borrower. What drives me is our commitment to ethical solutions, helping Indonesian financial institutions, including regional and rural banks, P2P platforms, and multifinance companies, not only recover debt but also maintain positive borrower relationships. I love that we’re able to boost recovery rates while cutting operational costs, all without sacrificing integrity.
Working with Sejauh Mata Memandang is one of the ways I find purpose in my professional life, and it’s also how I achieve my Ikigai. The brand is deeply committed to sustainability and ethical production, and I’m proud to contribute to their growth. But Sejauh is about so much more than just business—it’s a community built around circularity and environmental responsibility. A big part of that comes from the driving force behind it all, Chitra Subyakto. Despite her petite stature, she carries with her immense aspirations and dreams, always pushing the status quo.
Chitra isn’t just the visionary behind Sejauh; she embodies the brand’s values in everything she does. It’s not just about me guiding their business strategy with data-driven insights; what I’m truly grateful for is the opportunity to learn firsthand about circularity and watch Chitra consistently walk the talk. Working alongside someone who refuses to settle and continually strives to create impact inspires me, and that’s why Sejauh feels more like a community than just another project. It’s a place where purpose meets action.

Shareefa is a personal passion project of mine—a small business offering prayer mats and other faith-inspired products. It runs organically and on autopilot, allowing me to focus on my other ventures, but it still holds a special place in my heart. Through online marketplaces like Shopee and Tokopedia, I’m able to provide meaningful products that resonate with customers, which is something I take pride in.
During my time at Insider, a global SaaS company with a focus on growth management, I had the privilege of working alongside incredible clients and colleagues. I started at Insider as a Strategic Account Manager and progressed to Account Director, where I managed key accounts and nurtured client relationships. My focus was on helping clients leverage AI and machine learning to transform their digital marketing strategies. What I found most rewarding was witnessing the real impact of our technology on their businesses, driving measurable growth and success.
